Vika Prokopaviciute (b. 1983) is a Lithuanian-born, Vienna-based painter known for her non-figurative and abstract paintings, which evolve across a series of canvases, forming a dynamic and interconnected system-based painting process. Each work builds upon the previous, creating a speculative and highly associative image that offers new possibilities of perception. Her poetic abstraction results in a dimensional space where forms bend, shift, and zoom in and out, inviting viewers into a state of visual flux and constant movement.
