Vita Zaman is a Lithuanian artist and poet who through mediums of painting, sculpture and performance explores and investigates themes of visibility and disappearance, value and attention capital. She is interested in fictional autobiographies, occult as well eco feminism. For the last 7 years she has been living in the dessert in West Coast and making embroidery paintings.
Vita Zaman studied art and curating in Goldsmiths College (BA Fine Art and Art History and MA Creative Curating) and Royal College of Art (MA Photography) in London and was co-founder of IBID Projects.
