'Ballet' shelf by Vilius Dringelis is composed of parts from a broken-down car at a repair shop, a security chain at a Stockholm metro station, a skull imitation found in Vilnius near L. Stuokos-Gucevičius Square, where author used to hang out with friends as teenagers, a fragment of a wine cellar fence symbolizing evening gatherings in the old town, details from the staircase of the Galerija VARTAI, and various other elements. The object tells of fleeting moments in time, like gradually disappearing glaciers, dancing with memories over a period of several years. The skull in the center of the ballet summarizes the fragility of the work and the idea with the Latin phrase "Memento mori".
