Neda Naujokaitė (b. 2000) is an artist of the young generation who graduated from the Kaunas Art Gymnasium and currently defended her Bachelor's degree in painting at the Vilnius Acadeher of Arts.Since 2016 she has participated in group exhibitions and projects.In 2022 she won the first prize in the Algimantas Švėgžda drawing competition, in the same year she became a finalist in XIV Young Painter Prize.

When Neda Naujokaitė chooses motifs in her work, she tries to combine static and dynamic, inside and outside, personal and impersonal images - light streaming through the windows of her grandmother's house, or images reflected inside a car on a sunny summer day, with highways and cars. Neda analyses how the chosen images and fragments speak about specific places and experiences and emphasises the importance of lighting, reflections, or specific details of the environment, as well as immersion and change.
Neda finds that these aspects activate consciousness and visual thinking and helps her to recall different places, their atmosphere and depth. This kind of representation creates an intertwined atmosphere of memory and experience.
