  1. What steps can I take with regards to my information held by your Company? 

 

If you wish to take the steps below, please contact us as described in Paragraph 12. Please note that the following rights may be subject to exceptions and limitations provided for in the legislation.  

 

  • Request to obtain the information held about you if the personal data processed can be used to identify you; 

  • request rectification or supplementation of the information about you; 

  • request erasure of the information about you when: 

  • your data is processed on the grounds of consent; 

  • your data is processed unlawfully; 

  • your data is processed on the grounds of our lawful interest and you challenge this lawful interest; 

  • your data is no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected; 

  • we are subject to the legal obligation to erase information about you; 

  • request restriction on processing your information a) when you challenge the accuracy of the data or object to data processing, b) when you do not consent to the erasure of your data that is processed unlawfully, c) or when you require the data for the purposes of claiming, executing or defending legal requirements; 

  • object to the collection, use and storage of your information by our Company when our lawful interest is the grounds for your data processing; 

  • request export of your data if a) the data was provided in the systematised and routine format and you had given consent to the processing of those data or b) we need to process the data in order to conclude a contract with you; 

  • withdraw consent at any time; 

  • lodge a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate (more information on vdai.lrv.lt).
